Return Policy
- Customers have 30 days from date of purchase to make a return for a refund on New and 2nd Hand merchandise.
- All Sales are final and non-refundable on FACTS 2K apparel, Team Us 2K Collection, Jewelry, Fair Wear, and Stuff merchandise.
- Customers are able to receive a refund to their credit card if the item is returned with the tag still attached and in the same condition as when purchased.
- Customers are responsible for paying for the shipping cost when returning merchandise purchased.
- Returns after 3o days are not eligible for a refund.
